Terms of Service

By using namedinai.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. "You" means the individual or business using the Service. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Named In AI.

Named In AI queries AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews) using your business details and calculates a statistical visibility score — how often those AI assistants name your business when travelers ask relevant questions.

We offer:

• Free AI Visibility Audit ($0): A sampled check across a subset of queries and AI assistants. Provides a score, competitor leaderboard, and top recommended fixes. Delivered by email after you provide your address.
• Full Audit ($149, one-time): A wider query battery across all four AI assistants with tighter statistical confidence, and a prioritized fix roadmap ranked by how much each change improves your chances of being named when travelers ask AI for tours.
• Website Optimization (from $499/month): Done-with-you optimization — we implement the technical fixes and write high-intent articles for you to publish, plus weekly or monthly re-scans and monitoring. Governed by a separate service agreement at sign-up.
• Fully Automated Site (from $1,500/month): We design and host a conversion-built website and publish fresh articles for you regularly, with the option to add an AI chatbot, booking calendar, and voice agent. Includes everything in Website Optimization. Governed by a separate service agreement at sign-up.

AI assistants are non-deterministic. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews give different answers to the same question on different runs. We sample each query multiple times and report a score with a confidence interval — but the underlying answers can shift day to day as the AI models are updated.

Scores reflect the moment of the scan. Your score when you run a check is accurate for that point in time. AI assistant behavior, training data, and ranking signals change continuously. A score from last week may not reflect today's reality.

Query coverage is limited in the free tier. The free audit samples a subset of possible traveler queries. The Full Audit covers a significantly wider battery. Neither covers every possible way a traveler might ask about your business.

Results depend on third-party APIs. Our engine calls DataForSEO, which in turn queries AI providers. Occasional API errors, rate limits, or provider outages can affect results. We retry failed queries, but cannot guarantee 100% coverage on every run.

Fixes are recommendations, not guarantees. The top fixes we provide are based on commonly observed patterns of what helps operators appear in AI answers. Following them improves your likelihood of being named, but does not guarantee a specific score, ranking, or number of bookings.

Full Audit ($149): Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The charge appears as "Named In AI" on your statement.

Refund policy: If you are not satisfied with your Full Audit for any reason, email support@namedinai.com within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Subscription tiers ($499/mo and $1,500/mo): Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months unless required by applicable law.

Prices are listed in US dollars. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or third-party business information you do not have permission to audit
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the Service beyond normal use
• Use the Service to build a competing product that calls our API or mimics our scoring methodology without written permission
• Resell or sublicense audit results as your own product

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms without notice.

Your business data (website, name, experiences) remains yours. The report we generate for your business is yours to use and share.

The Named In AI platform, scoring methodology, and all associated software are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Named In AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to lost bookings, lost revenue, or decisions made based on audit results.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific score or outcome will be achieved.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Named In AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law in your region.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers by email for material changes.
